The Dangers Of Gluten, And The Best Grains To Eat

I would like to touch upon again which I have talked about in depth in my book “Pharmakon”, the dangers of Gluten, this we must avoid a all costs to stay healthy.

Firstly Gluten is a starch, starch is carbonic acid which clogs the body’s system it rots in your system, it weighs your system down.

Gluten will rob you of your Iron. Gluten will deliverĀ Sulphides into your body which in turn causesĀ Cancer. It robs you of oxygen.

Grains

The most healthiest bread to eat is Kamut bread.

Wild rice is good for you, so too is Quinoa, but the king among grains would have to be Fonio, which contains a good amount of dietary fibre, protein, minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium, and vitamins such as folic acid and vitamin B3. Fonio is also low in calories, fat and sodium.

Fonio also has a low glycaemic index, this means that the body absorbs it slowly so it doesn’t cause spikes in the blood sugar levels when you consume it, so it is suitable for diabetics.

Additionally, fonio is a good source of methionine and cysteine (sulphur containing amino acids) which are known to play important roles in skin, hair and nail health. Methionine has an anti-ageing effect on the skin, reducing the rate of ageing, helps to avoid hair loss and strengthens nails. Cysteine helps wounds heal and keeps the skin healthy. Fonio does not contain gluten. It has no starch. Couscous though has starch, so Couscous is not good for you.
