Skin Cleanser

Today we will look at natural skin cleansers.

First thing we can use is natural Raw Honey. It has to be raw honey as this contains the most nutrients for the skin. You can also use unsweetened pure coconut milk which contains mild alpha-hydroxy acid which is good for the skin cells, rich in vitamins and minerals and so good for moisturising the skin.

Take 1 teaspoon of coconut milk

Take 2 teaspoons of raw honey, mix them both together to a smooth milky paste. Now apply the cleanser all over your face. After a few minutes you can rinse off.

Skin Brightening and Exfoliator

You can use baking soda, because it’s granules is so fine it is ok for the skin, but only use it once a week, or for those with dry skin then only use it once a month.

Add 2 tablespoons to 1 table spoon of bottle water not tap water. You just want to add enough water to create a paste. You might need to add a little more water if not enough. Then you apply to the face be careful not to get any your eyes. Leave on your face for about 5/10 minutes until dry. Then rinse off with warm water then finish with cold water.

Skin firming and healing mask

What we are going to talk about here is a miracle plant Aloe Vera that contains about 75 nutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes and salicylic acid. Good for any skin type.

If you can find a mature Aloe Vera plant which has been cut near to the root. If you can’t get the plant then you can buy 100% Aloe Vera gel. So with the plant you cut about 10cm off then slice it down the middle, so that you can then rub the gel all over your face. Once the gel from the plant use another piece of the plant and continue. Not only is it a good moisturizer but a very good skin firmer. Rub all the way down your neck. You can leave this on your skin over night until the morning.

Cleopatra’s anti wrinkle Secret

Frankincense the essential oil is what Cleopatra used to fight against wrinkles and ageing.

She also used moringa oil, these are good for scaring, wrinkles, and ageing. Also we can use Almond oil. So using a cotton pad squirt some almond oil and 2 drops of the Frankincense, and then apply all over your face and down your neck and on the back of your hands. You can put this on either in the morning or at night.

See you in 2 weeks.
