What is Hepatitis C ? It’s when the liver has got so toxic and loaded with poisoned blood and starch. So we clean it, we clean the body. You have to clean the intestines, you have to clean the liver, you have to clean the blood.

What is the Liver ?

The liver is the largest organ inside your body. It weighs about 3 pounds and has hundreds of different functions related to:

  • creating and cleaning blood.
  • Removing toxins and impurities.
  • Storing energy.
  • Producing hormones.
  • Preventing infections.
  • Absorbing and storing nutrients.

The liver is such a vital organ that we can get really sick when it stops working effectively. Amazingly though, you can cut the liver in half and the liver will completely regrow back to it’s original size after just two weeks. So people can donate half their liver for a transplant.

Decades of Data

Liver disease kills 2 million people every year, and accounts for 3,5% of all deaths globally. In most cases this could be prevented. Alcohol and prescription drugs can damage the liver and its ability to do its job.

Obesity and diabetes are risk factors for liver damage and there has been a huge increase in ‘non-alcoholic fatty liver disease’ in recent years. The liver is 10% fat and when this percentage increases, (mainly due to non-natural sugars) the liver gets fat and inflamed.

The liver’s regenerative ability is the reason why nearly half of all liver issues are symptomless and go undiagnosed. Liver function tests can appear normal even when there is a serious problem or injury. Conditions like hepatitis (liver inflammation) and cirrhosis (liver scarring) often have no symptoms during the early stages.

The medical-model of liver vitality would have us believe that a perfectly healthy liver ‘catches’ a virus and suddenly gets sick with a specific type of vial inflammation, e.g. Hepatitis C. But, a healthy liver can regenerate, and you can live a long and healthy life with less than half a liver.

So, what’s really going on ?

Processing Toxicity

The liver is a processing system for nutrients and waste. But it has a limited capacity, and if we give it too much to do, without providing sufficient liver nutrition, it simply cannot work effectively.

The liver has two-phase process for dealing with toxicity:

  1. The first phase prevents the toxin causing more damage.
  2. The second phase prepares the toxin to be escorted out of the body.

Both phases require antioxidants and a range of minerals, plant based flavonoids and nutrients to empower seven different detox pathways.

Insufficient nutrients, to many toxins, or toxins the body doesn’t recognize, create inflammation and a backlog of toxins that the body would prefer to remove.

Excess and unfamiliar toxins are ‘dumped’ into fat cells to reduce the damage they could cause. Obesity is a build up of toxicity, not calories – you won’t get obese on a diet of raw organic avocados, no matter how many you eat!

The harsh truth is that we are exposed to more and more toxins from our environment, and due to industrialized farming practices, crops are grown with fewer and fewer minerals, antioxidants, and flavonoids. The build-up of toxicity, combined with malnutrition, is having a devastating impact on liver health.

  • Reduce toxicity by eating clean food no GMO’s or starch based foods. Avoiding chemicals.
  • Increase nutrition Due to the extent of modern toxicity, and lack of nutrition in our food, it’s getting harder to support the liver without supplementation. Supplement with iron, and other minerals to encourage the production of healthy new red blood cells.
